Back On Balance (BoB) Exercise

If you are looking for a regular exercise session that focuses on Postural strengthening/Correction, improving your balance, mobilisation, stretching and relaxing then look no further.

Sessions are now being run on Zoom twice a week.

These sessions are:

  • Tuesday evenings at 6:30pm
  • Thursday mornings at 8:30am

Places are no longer limited as they were when the session was run from the local Village Hall.

If you wish to join a session then contact Michelle to be sent the zoom link and be let into the session.

What is Back-on-Balance Exercise?

BoB exercise is a 60min session which includes techniques designed to improve and maintain your spinal mobility, posture and increase your overall strength and balance.

The same routine is performed at each session so you can monitor your progress and then maintain it. The session is designed to be supplementary to your regular favourite exercise whether that be dog walking, cycling, dancing, gardening or running after children/grandchildren.

Who can do it?

Anyone and everyone who is able to get up off the floor without help. No experience of exercise necessary.

How much does it cost?

£7:50 drop-in price or £20 for as many sessions as you wish to come to, paid at the beginning of each month.

What do you need?

  • Exercise mat floor space and enough room not to knock pictures of the walls, when your arms are outstretched either side of you.
  • Internet connection.
  • Bare feet
