Your First Visit
• 4 free parking spaces on site(Please park in Bays marked BOB).
• Please arrive a few minutes early to fill out your new patient form
• The ground floor, unmanned reception area has a disabled toilet and views of the River Wye.
• I will endeavour to be with you as soon as possible (there is a bell to let me know of your arrival). I appreciate your patience as there are no reception staff, so if I am not around then I am treating someone.
• Please feel free to contact the clinic with any questions you may have.
It is important to get as much information as possible at this stage, to ensure that chiropractic care is appropriate an overall health picture is necessary.

An examination is necessary to identify and confirm whether the problem is a muscular-skeletal one. Your posture will be assessed using a foot plate and a plumb-line, this is to identify any distortion in your spine that may be occurring.
It is important to be able to look at your whole spine and you will be offered a patient gown and be asked to undress to your underwear. This thorough check up is normal procedure in a chiropractor’s clinic – It is important to rule out any other causes to your problem.
